NADRA Succession Certificate — Fees aur Tareeqa

NADRA ka succession certificate (movable assets ke liye) aur letter of administration (immovable property ke liye) heirs ko deceased ki property legally transfer karne ka document hai. Ye service ab mulk bhar ke tamam NADRA centers par available hai. Sindh me application lawyer ke through deni hoti hai.

Tareeqa-e-kaar

Kisi bhi NADRA registration center / succession facilitation unit jayein (Sindh me lawyer ke through).
Ek legal heir deceased ki details, heirs ki info aur complete asset list ke sath application de.
Tamam documents submit karwayein.
Tamam legal heirs biometric verification ke liye hazir hon (FRC se verify hota hai).
NADRA public notice publish karta hai (~14 din ki objection window).
Objection na ho to NADRA QR code wala digital certificate issue kar deta hai.

Note: Sindh High Court ne 2024 me NADRA ko standard fee se zyada charge karne se roka tha — apply karne se pehle apne local center se exact fee confirm kar lein. Total time: public notice ke ~14 din baad; objection na ho to kul ~15 se 30 din.

Mulk bhar ke kisi bhi NADRA registration center / succession facilitation unit par apply karein (Sindh aur Balochistan me lawyer ke through). Heirs me dispute ho ya NADRA decline certificate issue kare to case Succession Act 1925 ke tehat civil court me jata hai.
